nine-hole par 36 Resort Course, designed by
renowned golf course architect Peter Harradine,
is situated within the idyllic grounds of the
Jebel Ali Hotel & Golf Resort, with the
clubhouse based at Club Joumana overlooking
the marina and the first tee.

Jebel Ali Hotel & Golf Resort Challenge
Match is the name of the annual curtain-raiser
for the European tour event, The Dubai Desert
Classic. The Challenge Match includes six of
the world's top golf stars competing in the
Desert Classic and is a draw for three teams
of two players. The nine-hole greensomes match
takes place in February / March each year and
has included the following world-renowned players:
Justin Leonard, Mark O'Meara, Colin Montgomerie,
Lee Westwood, Paul Lawrie, José Maria
Olazabal, Seve Ballesteros, Nick Faldo, Greg
Norman, Ian Woosnam and Ernie Els.
